All Study UK members have successfully passed a relevant quality assurance process and are committed to providing the highest standards of education to students.
Study UK seeks to raise the profile of UK independent education by establishing a UK benchmark quality brand worldwide. All members of Study UK are either accredited by the British Accreditation Council (BAC) or operate under the Educational Oversight of the Quality Assurance Agency (QAA), the Independent Schools Inspectorate (ISI) or other Home Office approved Educational Oversight Body.
This is designed to ensure that all Study UK members operate to high standards and offer a secure and rewarding place of study for intending students.
Study UK members also agree to uphold and abide by the Study UK Members' Code of Practice, which makes requirements of members over and above those of the approved quality assurance schemes.
Study UK also seeks regular consultation with government bodies, with Ofqual (the Office of Qualifications and Examinations Regulation) and with its counterparts in Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, as well as with Universities UK and the Council for Validating Universities to ensure that Study UK member colleges are legally compliant and that students are given appropriate and high quality education.
