Study UK represents and promotes the interests of its members, both at a UK governmental level and internationally.
As public policy is not always made with a clear understanding of the contribution or the needs of the independent college sector, Study UK represents and promotes the interests of its members to governments, government agencies and other organisations in the UK and abroad.
In recent years Study UK has been closely involved in all aspects of the implementation of, and government instigated modifications to, the Tier 4 Points Based System for Student Visas. This remains a key campaigning issue for the association in so far as it directly impacts on the viability of most of our members.
Study UK will no doubt be involved in more sectoral lobbying over the coming months, and with member numbers increasing, the association is fast becoming a significant force for the sector.
