Further to the articles that were published at the weekend relating to student visas, we would like to reassure all agents and students that this is only at the proposal stage and does not come into effect immediately.
At the moment all Tier 4 visas are still being processed under the existing rules. All entitlements for students with a Tier 4 GSV remains unchanged.
We will post an update as soon as the rules have been revised.
